Very nice accommodations for the price ($200). Bedding and appliances were high quality and the place was in very good condition (but it was only 2-3 years old). It had a nice golf course view. Excellent natural gas BBQ provided.
You can't get any service outside of office hours (8am to 8 pm). But then again, this is not a hotel - it is a condo rental so we ahd limited expectations.
Absolutely everything we will be back a number of times and we will bring friends it was one of the best ski doping experiences I have had in a long time thank you
We family and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed when we arrived. The hotel is well located to various hikes in the mountains and the Radium Hot Springs. The condo was spotless and very well equipped. We would absolutely stay again.
Location was good for stop on the way to Banff
More of a Timeshare than a hotel
As soon as we walked into the room we were taken aback. It was beautiful, well furnished, luxurious, and modern. The location was amazing and the views were gorgeous. The resort is well maintained and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely go back!
The condominium layout was very comfortable, way more than we expected. The kitchen arrangement worked well for us. We loved the view out the deck side of our room.
We wanted to leave our window open to cool the room. Unfortunately, at 11:30 pm, our neighbors were still sitting on the deck talking naturally but loudly. That meant we had to turn on the noisy air conditioner. During the night we were able to open the window, but then at 7 am the golf course maintenance started and woke us up. Too bad, because everything else was great.
The location & some of the landscaping
That routine maintenance was overlooked in many areas.
Relaxing and peace away from the city, great staff and customer service was awsome room awsome as well. Staff helpfull, was not happy with the realotor trying to sell us property on our holiday, not good for the resort.
The relator was pushy.
Our stay at the Resort was very enjoyable. The location is perfect, away from the busy streets and shops. it's nestled right along the Golf Course and along a ravine which made it very peaceful, a very quiet and serene setting. We would definitely choose this Resort again for our next Golf Exersion!
I would prefer to have the housekeeping staff come and change our towels and freshen up our unit. I have that "Chore", at home, everyday, so on a vacation I do enjoy being, "relieved" of these duties! The Starbucks coffee was very enjoyable.
Clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. We had a great time and would gladly book there again
The fold out bed was really uncomfortable and it was loud at night
I was disappointed that we were charged an "eoo-charge" when we checked out. It was a very small amount (around $2), so why could that have not been included in the final total I paid through Booked.net. A small point, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.
Hot tub too small. Poor quality pancake breakfast (ran out of food, etc.)
Lack of ac throughout the rooms
Proximity to adjacent golf course .
Bed was not comfortable .
Location, views, proximity to golf course
Room numbers poorly identified, hard to find
